Unless you have a solid cell signal for several minutes this app wont even load. If youre coming up out of the subway pushing through all the fools and need a quick schedule you wont be able to use this. This app is a horrible joke and not good for anyone in a rush. Doesnt save schedules locally so you always need a cell signal

Great app BUT they MUST specify if a train is peak or off-peak.. They currently display both peak and off-peak prices for all trains, so we dont know which ticket to buy. A peak train should display only the peak price, and an off-peak train should display only the off-peak price. If they fix that, THEN I would give it 5 stars.

This is a very useful, clever and easy to use ap, but it haș been having problems with iOS8. Lovely to be more of an Isuse on Apples side, but it freezes up. Contrary to what another reviewer said, it did not correct itself by deleting and reinstalling. Had to pay another $.99 too! I assume it will resolve itself eventually.

Try to change the day or time and it freezes. Using paid version, had been very good in prior iOS Plz fix!!!

Worthless. Does not work at all, even for the paid version. Try to enter a date or time and it crashes. At least the old SMS system worked. Ill take my complaints to PATH if you dont fix your lousy app immediately.

Have used the free version for years but suddenly since I installed the new operating system, the app freezes when I try to modify the date or arrival or departure times. I thought perhaps it had something to do with the advertisements so I deleted the free app and bought the paid app. Unfortunately the problem persists.

Fix the app already. The app freezes when I try to put in a specific time. It also complains that there is no internet connection almost everytime.

"There is no available internet connection" over and over, no matter how good an internet connection you have. If this app worked regularly, Id love it. For now, its a lemon.

Coocoo is doodoo. App is terrible. Worked so much better when info was sent via text. I want my $ back. DO NOT get this app. Hopefully that will force them to fix it.

Unreliable and essentially useless at this point. Constantly states "No internet connection" when that isnt the case. If this bug is ever fixed, Id love to start using the app effectively again.

App is buggy. I contacted customer service shortly after a bought it, almost a week ago. I still havent heard from them. I requested a refund from Apple. Im using googlemaps instead.

Ive had off and on success with this critical app for years but it seems to have gone in the toilet. I cant change the departure/ arrival time- the screen just freezes. Save your money until this gets fixed.

This app used to be great. Now it freezes up with the latest iOS. Fix the darn thing already!

This app has become glitchy and mostly unreliable. There must no longer be any support for it.

I even upgraded from the free version because I thought it might have been less reliable. But the paid version also freezes up and is totally useless! Big waste of time (and now money).

i thought the adfree version would fix this bug, but changing the depart day to the future still DOES NOT WORK, NOR DOES TRIP MAP OR TRIP STOPS. These bugs have been active for quite a while now. Seems like the company has no interest in fixing

This app use to be my "go to" for train/track info on the MNR but now it claims schedule data wont load (even with internet connection), format issues on new OS searching for train times, and now bad data are killing it. Hopefully they update/fix it soon!
