Terrible

Never reports correct delays for NJ transit. Always says on-time when there are severe delays!!!!

Easier than texting coo coo all the time

But still lacking in capabilities. I want to be able to set up service alerts for train lines and should offer more details for subway work. Planned work... Ok, where? How long? When?

Peak or off peak???

I use this app for the Metro North Railroad and I love almost everything about it with the exception that it never tells you whether a train is peak or off peak, only how much it would cost if it was either peak or off peak. Its info that is easily accessible on the schedule and should be included. When that is added, CooCoo will be a 5 star app for sure.

Doesnt work

Stays on "retrieving real time schedules" for 10 minutes despite a stable wifi connection. (I can stream audio data but I cant get your app to work). Has been like this since the first version. Id love this app if it actually worked....

Was an awesome app

Since the last update every other day the app stops understanding train stations. Even if they are imputed from the previously entered bookmarks. Glitches and crashes now. Whatever this version changed undo it!!!!!

Re-install!!

To all having issues since the update: delete the app from your phone, then download it again from the app store. (you wont be charged again) Itll fix all the problems youre having. I think the app is great. With track #s, delay announcements and the extra "social" bit, its a great tool for commuters!

Um, it doesnt work.

Bought it and all I get is the intro screen with the annoying sound effect. Then it freezes and nothing else comes up.

No Septa buses??

They advertise Septa schedules. They advertise bus info. Silly of me to think they would put that together and provide Septa bus information. For my purposes, totally useless.

Keep crashing

1st it was ok then eventually when it start to show the search result it crashed and closed! Fix it!

Junk!

Used to work but in the last month constantly crashing or in an endless updating loop... And then when it does open doesnt include transit systems it used to - in my case metro north!!!! Unreliable! Fix it already!!!!! So frustrating!

bee-line bus schedule

They should put in the bee-line bus schedule from Westchester, New York in this app.

Post Sandy times are wrong

I live in Hoboken and most of the time when I look for train times they are wrong… The trains leave two minutes earlier than what it shows on this app… It needs to be able to access the updated times from their website. This is a new problem that only started when they issued the new schedules in March.

Great design, bad data.

In the past few months, the app has turned up wrong times. Pretty useless now.

I like it - accurate on Hudson Line

Its surprising to find reviews that complain about inaccurate train times. Its never happened to me even when new schedules come out. Good app.

Trip directions

Why it is telling me to make two transfers and return to NYC and switch to PATH to get to Newark ? When I am originating from PATH World Trade Center?? Insane - there are glitches that need serious work They should try using the app themselves before putting it out there

On Point but....

This is a wonderful app and hasnt let me down. I give this app three stars for now. When an update is done and the off peak price is included with off line ability Ill give five stars.

What happened to track info?

Never had issues with schedule info (Hudson line) but now the track #s are no longer listed. Too bad!

This app is not very reliable!

I was a huge fan of this app when it launched, but not anymore. It frequently fails to load, stating theres no internet connection, when all other web based apps work fine. Now train times are off on the Harlem line. I arrived @ Fleetwood @ 9:51am for the 9:54am to GCT. I see a train departing and double check the schedule in the Grand Central App to find out the train was @ 9:50am. This app will be filed away to the used rarely folder.

No longer works

The app worked in the early days. Then it stopped working for routes between septa & Penn Station. Emails & phone calls to the developer went unanswered. The latest version no longer works at all. I want a refund.
